ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCE FAISAL BIN MOHAMMED BIN NASSER BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD

Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al Saud occupies the position of Partner and CEO, providing support to employees working in the company. His Highness Prince Faisal Al Saud enjoys extensive experience in legal, regulatory and institutional affairs. He has previously provided consultancy services on legal matters both in the Kingdom and abroad, having previously worked at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Italy. He has also provided consultations on public-private partnership projects, internal restructuring of companies, commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and administrative contract disputes.

His Highness Prince Faisal  worked as an adjunct lecturer at many of Saudi universities and institutes, including the Higher Institute of Judiciary.

Prince Faisal is passionate about legal work, built on extensive academic experience, having obtained a Ph.D. in "Legal Policy" from the Higher Institute of Judiciary titled "Judicial Oversight of Jurisdiction in Administrative Decisions". Before joining the company as a partner, Prince Faisal served as an officer in the armed forces during the years (1411-1442 AH) and retired with the rank of Major General. During that period, he performed a many of legal and regulatory tasks within his work circle.
